  • Large Track – 5/8 Mile

Surface:

  • Large Track – Six inch highway grade asphalt over five inch base ground from original pavement. First paved in July 1970, repaved in 1994.
  • Small Track – Six inch asphalt over three inch base. 

Track Shape:

  • Oval

Width of track:

  • All straights 50 foot wide.
  • Large track – 60 foot wide turns
  • Small track – (turn 2 & 3) 50 foot, (turn 3 & 4) 75 foot wide.

Degree of Banking:

  • Large Track – 4 degree straights, 4,6 & 9 degrees in turns
  • Small Track – Various degrees of banking

Retaining Wall:

  • Large Track – Steel reinforced concrete wall, 3.5 feet high. 90 degrees to racing surface.
  • Small Track – Movable, steel reinforced cement highway barriers secured with steel cable.
