West Salem, WI- The popular Saturday Memorabilia Show will have a new twist during Oktoberfest Race Weekend in 2020 at LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway. For the first time ever, race fans are encouraged to bring their old racing T-Shirts to partake in the Vintage Racing T-Shirt Swap, Saturday October 10 from 10am until noon in the Big Red Barn.
“I had seen that Knoxville was planning to do something along these lines.” Commented Fest co-promoter Gregg McKarns. “I, like most race fans, have tons of old racing shirts in closets, in boxes, in my truck and in my garage. Chuck (Deery) and I thought this would be a great addition to an already fun time at Fest.” The annual Memorabilia Show opens in the Big Red Barn at 9am on Saturday morning. An area with tables will be provided for fans to display and trade their vintage racing shirts, at no charge.
